Private label pricing is based on finished wax weight (per ounce). This keeps pricing clear and flexible, regardless of container style.
Per-ounce pricing includes materials, production labor, and standard quality control. Containers are supplied by you or quoted separately if we source them.

Pricing assumes one scent and one container per production run.
Setup & Development Fees
Setup fees cover the development work required to create a candle that performs properly and safely.
$50 setup fee — per scent, per container
Covers custom fragrance blending, wick selection, burn and safety testing, wax formulation, and production preparation.
$25 setup fee — each additional scent using the same container
If the container changes, a new $50 setup fee applies so testing can be completed correctly for that vessel.
