Olympia Candle Company offers several purchase options so you can choose what feels best for your home, your rituals, and your schedule. Below are the details for one-time purchases, subscriptions, and pre-orders—including how cancellations work for each.
1. Purchase Options
1.1 Standard One-Time Purchases
A simple, single purchase with no automatic renewals. Your order is packed with care and shipped according to our standard processing times. There is nothing to cancel for a one-time purchase.
1.2 Subscription Purchases
Our Subscription option delivers your chosen products on a recurring schedule (monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, etc.). Subscriptions renew automatically until you modify or cancel them.
Benefits may include:
- Consistent delivery of your favorite scents
- Easy skipping, pausing, or adjusting
- Early access to select launches or seasonal items
1.3 Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to reserve items before they officially release. This is especially helpful during launches, seasonal rotations, and limited-batch drops.
When placing a pre-order:
- You are charged at checkout
- Your order enters our production queue
- Shipping begins once the release date arrives or production is complete
We will always provide estimated ship dates and update you if anything changes.
2. Cancellation Policies
2.1 Subscription Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Subscription at any time before your next renewal date. Cancellations apply to future renewals only. Once a renewal is processed, that shipment cannot be refunded.
You can cancel by visiting your customer account and selecting Manage Subscriptions or by emailing us at support@olympiacandles.com.
Subscription reminders:
- Cancellations apply to future charges only
- Orders already billed or shipped cannot be canceled
- Payment failures may temporarily pause your Subscription
2.2 Pre-Order Cancellation Policy
Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, pre-orders cannot be canceled as they enter production planning.
If you need help canceling within the 24-hour window, email us at support@olympiacandles.com.
If a pre-order is delayed significantly or becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer:
- A full refund
- A replacement option
- Or continued fulfillment once available
3. Modifying Orders
3.1 Subscription Modifications
Before your renewal date, you may:
- Update delivery frequency
- Update your address
- Update payment information
- Pause, skip, or resume shipments
Changes made after a renewal will apply to the next cycle.
3.2 Pre-Order Modifications
Modifying a pre-order may be possible before production begins. Email us at support@olympiacandles.com and we’ll do our best to help.
